Captain Jim saved our Thanksgiving dinner with a private boat ride to the island when we had missed the main shuttle. Thanks again!

My husband and I checked in Monday morning. From the time we arrived on the island everybody was super nice. Ralphardo helped us and provided excellent customer service being extremely helpful and friendly. The cottages were beautiful ad the island is very clean. The restaurant located on the island Latitudes is also a nice touch. The soups are wonderful, especially the lobster bisque. The yellowfin tuna appetizers was also nice. We will defiitely make this a regular trip.

Hello, my husband and I are currently staying at Sunset Key and checking out tmrw. We are Gold Spg members so were happy to get a free upgrade to a partial ocean view room and we also own a Westin property so have been to many Starwood properties in the world. The check in experience was great, no problems and we definitely love that the boats to and from the main island is on time. But after spending $1000 on spa services for my husband and I, our experience here is leaving a bad taste in our mouth. Our spot was for 1pm and were told to get there for 12:45 which we did. We were asked to sit and wait and have drinks but there were no glasses and cups. We finally got served around 1:20 and my original massage with stones was missed so I had to settle for an alternative massage because it would take too long to heat the stones. After I took a shower in the room, not even having a chance to sit in the garden, I get a knock on the door telling me that there was another appointment so I was rushed out and this happened to my husband too even though he was in a seperate room. We are regular spa goers and were surprised that the attention to detail was missed, ie no robes, no water after and was rushed out even though they started late. And it was freezing cold and I had to ask for a heating pad. Hotel is great but avoid the spa, you will be disappointed.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend for our 15th wedding anniversary with friends also celebrating 15 years. We had a 3 bedroom cottage overlooking the pool area. Beautiful rooms, private bathrooms - everything well appointed. Breakfast every morning brought to your room. Service was terrific. The launch back and forth between the island and Key West was terrific and timely. Latitudes restaurant was delicious with perfect views. The new spa was wonderful also. They have everything you could need from fishing pools to basketballs.
