We tried to find a reasonably priced local style accommodation for 4 days and it was difficult. Finally we went to the innkeepers assocation listing and found Jasmine House. It is one block off Duval next to a beautiful church, very quiet but very close to everything. It has 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms with two of the rooms having a living area. The price is more than acceptable and the Innkeeper Dave is the best. He provides privacy yet is available at any time. We will definitely come back with additional family members and hope Jasmine House is available.

This was our first visit to Key West and we did not want a "standard" hotel so we decided to go for the Jasime House having read all the great reviews.
We absolutely loved this place - the room was spacious, clean - and really felt like home away from home. We arrived late at night but that was not a problem as Dave was there to let us in. In the morning he told us what to do and where to go and was extremely helpful throughout the stay.
The location is unbeatable!
Next time we go to key West we will definitely stay here again!

We were there for few nights. Rooms Are amazing and extremely clean. Dave is always ready to address your questions and look for what's best for you. Finally the location is great as you Are 5 mins walking from the area where everything happens in Key west. If we were supposed to' be back in kw we would definitely call Dave without any other advice.

The Jasmine House lived up to all the reviews which led us to choose this lovely property for our 3rd vacation to Key West. The location couldn't be better, yet so quiet it is hard to believe you are just a block from Duval Street. Dave is one of the best innkeepers, providing everything you could possibly want. He cannot do enough for you, he is warm and friendly and recommends the perfect eatery from his own experiences - some great meals out 'Thanks Dave'. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was the availability of clean linen and towels which made us have the comforts of a hotel yet with the privacy of a rental. We would certainly recommend the Jasmne House to anyone wanting an extremely comfortable place to stay yet as close to the excitment that Duval Street has to offer.
