This place was great -- Is now called Duval Quarters. It is in an excellent location right off of Duval Street. It is very reasonably priced, considering location and services. They are a small hotel, with just a few rooms. Becky, the manager, was wonderful help with everything from finding a parking spot to recommending all the best local restaurants.
The room was quiet, clean and bright with a private bathroom, TV and coffeemaker. The furnishings were nice and there was plenty of space. We were woken up by the roosters our first night, but I can't imagine how you'd avoid that, since they seem to be all over the island.
Restaurants we tried and thought were great: Banana Cafe, PT's (fish sandwich) and Santiago's Bodega
