This room was so small you could not open a suitcase. The TV is so small its ridiculous. When we asked to leave the manger was totally unfriendly and refused any assistance. Hyatt has sunk to a new low and will no longe get my business.

The resort is beautiful, with spacious, updated rooms. The rooms are very key west, with light colors, and very comfortable. The location of the resort is the best!! It's exactly where you want to be when you come to Key West!! You can wake up, walk to the dock to see the cruise ships coming in in the morning and get coffee all within minutes of your door!! and it's quiet even though its in the heart of the entertainment!! Love it!!

The hotel is very nice and in prime location right off Duval St.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at Christmas 2011 and I feel disappointed.While the resort looks appealing from the outside it leaves much to be desired once you check in.I booked the room through ebookers and as far as I remember the stay should have included breakfast but the receptionist told me they only served one on mondays which I missed...
The rooms arevery small and the bathroom is a bit dated with poor power-shower.(I found hair in the bath on arrival) the free internet in the reception does not seem to be working either.
On the plus side -nice pool and very near the marina.
