We booked a hotel thru Expedia that turned out to be 60 miles from key west. We paid for the accomodation so the money was lost. At the last minute we went to a tourist info centre at 3pm and they found us this place.
Wish we weren't lead astray the first time round as this hotel is very nice. No cooking facilities, a small lounge inside - we got 2 rooms with 2 double beds per room for 5 people. Our verandah overlooked duval street right in the midst of everything! Such a great location. No trouble with sleeping as the rooms were quite enough. Had to share one bathroom between 5 guys - the shower was horrible (too small) but it was clean.
Air conditioned and free wifi.

We decided to stay here after driving down with no reservations. We got a great discount by calling the phone number on the Fury watersports map. The room was on the small side and the bathroom was one of the smallest I've ever seen. The ceilings were really high which I liked and our room's entry doubled as a semi private balcony. The tv was tiny as well but overall the room was great.

The Continental breakfast was really nice an the hours of 8-10 were pretty good. Bagels, muffins, and English muffins as well as some fruit and cereal. OJ was pulpy but I guess some people like that.

Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the heated pool because of the weather but the garden was beautiful and the hammock was a wonderful place to nap.

Yet again tripadvisor reviews have pointed us to the right b&b for us. Duval house is in the perfect location far enough from the noisy insanity but close enough to get to any of the places we want to go. Highly recommend renting a bike in KW - you can get anywhere & it's flat a birthday cake so no huffing & puffing required.
Duval house has a very pleasant garden - we stayed in one of the garden rooms #16- which gets you far enough off the street you don't get much street noise.

The standard room was on the small side but fine for what we needed. Bathroom & soap $ shampoo were basic, but you're really paying for the location & garden.

The manager and staff are very friendly and attentive.

Overall A great stay.

Had a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking Duval. I was not impressed, it was very dated and the bathroom was so small that if you dropped something in the shower you had to get out to get it. The room closest to Duval had no insulation and was extremely loud. I've stayed at the Casa Marina and Southernmost on the beach, I'd recommend those, not this at all! The hammock was nice and the location was great.
