Received week of timeshare as a gift. I read reviews before I left, that were mixed. Since I am not a real picky rerson, I wasn't worried. I didn't need too. This was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The checkin took 2 minutes and was completely painless. I parked in a covered spot 30 feet from the elevator. Room was large with 2 floors which is nice because the bedrooms are away from the living area. Nice big deck looking out over the water. Brand new appliances including fridge that had a great ice machine. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a week( soaps, towels, etc.) Nice big TV. I can't think of a single negative. Outside, the grounds were great. Lots of trees and paths. Didn't park further then 30 feet from the stairs or elevator, all week. The staff was quiet and friendly. Two very nice pools that were very clean. Many grills to use. Perfect. The bar was next to a brand new dock and marina. I'll bring a boat next time. Very friendly bartenders in a great setting. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Key West. I highly recommend!

Coconut Mallery is a wonderfull place to stay in Key West.The one bedroom studio was verry nice.It had all the accommodations of home. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. This place has its own marinato to dock my jet ski,at no extra charge.Most places in key west(and there arnt many) want to charge extra for a boat slip.The pools were real nice and there is a BIG tiki bar and play room on sight which is nice.The locals call this part of the Island the country of Key West and i understand why. This place is quite and relaxing just what i needed.
I have found my place to stay in Key West and there will be no other. I really recommend the Coconut Mallery.

I came across Coconut Mallory Resort when I heard friends of mine were wanting to staying there for our reunion. My friends and I meet up once a year and spend the weekend together. I had no idea that such a beautiful and quaint place existed. We were able to walk to Duval street and all the restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. We loved our room... we never used it much to hang out in bc they had an awesome pool and there were so many attractions nearby. My friends and I are definetley coming back for our next reunion.

I haven't been to the Keys in years.. -It was the perfect location. Perfect location for my boat. My wife fell in love with the grounds, trees.- We enjoyed the free cookout on Sunday- over the top.The bar was great. Friendly, cute cook that was the property manager. Everyone that we encountered at the resort was pleasant. Front desk staff was very helpful, especially Nani.She was just learning, but very informative. - I read the critics before coming, which scared me, but honestly, they must have the wrong location. - Key West has never been so beautiful, with wonderful people showing us great hospitality. Rooms were spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable and romatic.. yet wonderful for family. Will recommend to any and everyone who would like to experience the Keys.
