This hotel was a pleasant surpirse. The staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful and made our day when we arrived by giving us an upgrade to a suite. Very quiet and roomy the only problem we encountered was the toliet did not work well!! Maintence was quick to arrive to fix the problem. Beds were comfortable but the best part of the stay was the Starbucks coffee and breakfast area in the lobby...They had the "best" french toast with fresh strawberrries which began our day. They have a complementary shuttle the brings you right down to the old Key West area and its last run back to the hotel is 10:30pm..Its best not to drive and try to park, its very limited and expensive!

Arrived with a group of friends and had the best stay we ever dreamed of - very nice tropic pool area - own beachfront - free shuttle to downtown and very friendly staff. Nice rooms with pool or beach view - fridge - coffee.
Only a minor problem with my breakfastorder - asked for a ham/cheese omelet and the waiter asked "What do you want in your omelet ??"

Bed was comfy - liked the pillows. Lots of them and they were cozy. Pool, staff, jacquzzi, palm trees were nice. Traffic from busy street was too loud and unpleasant to look at.

We arrived to check in to our room on 1/2/11 at the specified check in time and were informed that our room was not ready but it should be soon and we would receive a call when it was ready. There were several other disgruntled people in the lobby waiting so we dropped our luggage off at the front desk and went out to see the city. We requested that our luggage be placed in our room when the room was ready, the sort of thing that you would expect at a $300/night hotel (they assured us that the luggage would be in the room). Two hours after we attempted to check in the hotel we had still not received a phone call regarding our room so we called and discovered that our room had just been cleaned. When we arrived back at the hotel four hours after check in, our room was ready but the luggage was still at the front desk. We had to load all of the luggage back in the car ourselves and drive around to the room. We did not receive any help with the luggage nor did we receive any apology or explanation. THIS IS A TWO STAR HOTEL AT BEST! Worth $100/night max!
