Loved this whole hotel experience staying at this Hilton resort, was staying free on points for 3 nights/4 days with two young children aged 4, 1 and my wife.

Everyone throughout the whole hotel looked like they enjoyed their job and was always asking if we could do anything else to make us enjoy our stay even more.

As a Hilton Diamond member we were upgraded to a junior suite on points, were given free breakfast buffet coupons for my wife and I + kids ate free at the resort. I was also surprised that they offered free parking to their Diamond guests which is a normal 10.00$/day charge.

Shuttle services was great and we were away from the noise of Duval street, was perfect for our family outings.

Front desk were very fast in checking us in gave out the best cookies anywhere, the room was very clean and the towels were great in the bathroom, the Breakfast Buffet was great and the food very good, Only thing wish the pool was non-smoking.

We have just returned from our stay at Grand Key and can't wait to go back. The front desk staff and bellman were very friendly and the shuttle service is great and very convenient. Our main driver Joseph really made our stay great. He was very knowledgeable of the things to do and best places to go in the area.Thanks to the staff, we truly had a blast in key West and will definelty be staying at this hotel again.

We come here for at least a week every year to escape the snow and cold of the North. We always feel very welcome. Rooms are clean, great staff, good food, good value! They provide a free shuttle to the Old Seaport and Southernmost area. The beds are so comfortable! Everything Nice!
