the reason I booked this hotel was because I was told by there staff both the toll free main line and there cleaning staff that it was clothing optional well they let you go nude till someone prud complains it is not right that the non nudist wins if people dont like it why do they go to a hotlel like this and key west is a place for open minded people but as allways there are people who spend there time telling others how to live I say stay home and dont try to tell me to beleve the way you do

The hotel was clean but the room and grounds were tired. The rooms are in need of renovation and updating. The wall paper is coming off in the bathrooms, the taps and toilet drip constantly. The TV is old and tired. The bed had a mosquito net which was yellow with age. The windows and patio doors do not open without significant effort and the refrigerator door would not totally close. It is an excellent location and could be so nice if more professionally managed and maintained.

We specifically booked this resort due to it being a "clothing optional" resort. Upon check in we were (nicely) advised that due to neighbor complaints it has been changed to topless only. Very disappointed, but still the people and amenities were great. Nice continential breakfast daily, beautiful pool and small beach. The rooms are in need of a remodely most definitely, but still a comfortable bed and room. Internet is only available in 2 areas and was one of my biggest complaints....always having to leave your room. A good place for the money!!!

After reading reviews of what people said.. i was a little nervous! It wasn't enough to make me change my mind, because typically we are on vacation, we don't spend much time in the room. The room was always cleaned. The hotel property was clean. The pool was nice, and I loved the jacuzzi!

The breakfast they offered was enough to fit anyones appetite. Cereal, muffins, bagels, and even a waffle machine to make hot waffles!

It may not have been right on the strip, but for us, it was only 4$ a person downtown in the taxi! We walked to Smathers beach... and theres tons of vendors on the beach to eat.

The hotel is also located near a liquor/beer store, and Checkers (fast food) which is super affordable. This was an adult only hotel, so no annoying kids!

Everyone working seemed so friendly and laid back. I will def. stay here again.
