Stayed here for a couple of nights and very nice it was too! Lovely owners, very friendly staff, laid back, charming...what more can one ask for really? Oh yes, that it's near to Duval street but far enough away at the same time!

We are ending a four night stay at this delightful small inn two doors from Duval Street in the uptown area. Dave and Marsha are gracious hosts as are Lynn and the other staff. No need for a car but if you have one they somehow arrange parking on the street. The Breakfast, which of course is included in the room rate, is excellent, including and especially the Mimosas. The rooms are not large but more than adequate and very clean and nicely furnished. We were in room one which is in the front closest to the street but it was still very quiet. The location was perfect for us. The galleries in this area were much more to our liking than the ones downtown and some terrific restaurants such as Nine One Five, Blue Heaven and Seven Fish are only one or two blocks away. We hope to be back soon.

Great location, Marcia and Dave were very gracious hosts. Room very clean, comfortable, and quiet (except for a rather noisy A/C unit). Will definitely look forward to staying there again. A block away from the Hemingway House. Also worth checking out is a cool place, McConnell's Pub, steps away at the corner of Duval and Olivia.

This marvelous B&B in a classic Key West house is just around the corner from the Hemingway House, just half a block off Duval Street and a short walk to the Southernmost Point. You feel as though you were at home immediately. Lyne Desjardins made us feel welcome in every way, and soon we were part of the "family" of fellow guests and the two elegant cats. From the flower-covered porch to the palm-shaded spa pool, it was a great place to stay. The area is quiet even though very central. A nice breakfast every morning, with coffee available for early risers (we are often up at 5). Very close to good restaurants, and the Seascape folks help out with tips and discounts. This is a pet friendly property and our little dachshund LOVED his home away from home!
