Love this place! We visit Key West each year for the Parrothead convention in November and this has turned into our favorite place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, great location and the staff is wonderful. Highly reccomended!

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was very large and included two queen beds, refrigerator/microwave, other normal amenities. It was very clean and everything worked very well. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but adequate enough to start the day. We liked that the hotel was in a quieter part of town, but still one block from Duval Street and an easy walk to the busier parts of town. The Old Town Trolley stopped one block from the hotel, and we used that for the two days we were there to transport us around town, in addition to the 90 minute tour of the city. There is a small grocery story across the street from the hotel, and scooter/bicycle rentals right next to the grocery. This was a very convenient location without the noise and hustle/bustle of Duval Street. The pool was heated and there were plenty of lounge chairs to accomodate many guests. We would definitely stay here again. .

We stayed at the Best Western Hibiscus for two nights in early January. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our family rented two rooms and we had requested that they be as close together as possible. We received rooms next door to each other. The location was quiet. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the busy part of Duval street. Breakfast was served each morning. They had danish, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and sausage gravy and biscuits. Pool was nice and not very crowded while we were there. WE would return to this hotel the next time we are in Key West.

We're in the midst of spending 2 nights here ... weather is very nice. The location is good and the people are pleasant. The tile floors are rather dirty ... my wife walked around barefoot and her feet needed major washing. There is a very heavy scent (ugh) of disinfectant in the room that does not dissipate ... something may have died in the room. We should have asked to be moved ... too lazy to migrate. Would I return? Never. This looks like a motel for the 1970's ... reasonably OK ... beds OK ... sink drains semi-clogged ... OK parking. It's a good location and needs "urban renewal" using a Caterpillar D-9 (bulldozer). We come to Key West yearly ... many of the hostelries are "beyond prime". Key West is entertaining for a couple of days ... gets old in a hurry.
