My wife and I stayed at this resort from Dec 3- Dec 10, 2010. The property is beautiful, and the room itself is very nice and big. Here are a couple of things that future residents should be aware of. There is no housekeeping available for the Entire week, unless residents pay the housekeeping fee of $25.00 per hour. Any request have to be directed to the property manager only. He is your only contact person and usually the only way to get hold of him is thorough his cell phone. I didn't really like this, especially when I had to call him after 5:00 pm, which is after his work shift. There is restaurant bar, the Big Chill, located below the condominiums, and it is usually not too noisy during the day or night, except on Friday and Saturdays afternoon when there is constant loud music until 11:00pm. One thing I didn't like about the property set up is that to access the pool area guesses have to walk through the bar and restaurant to get to it. And since the bar and restaurant are open to general public, my wife felt very unconformable using the swimming pool when it was right next restaurant/bar being watch by all these people. I know that it might be similar than other resorts, but at lease the people in resorts are there on vacation as well not just customers of the bar or restaurant. Some people might not be bother by this but my wife and I felt uncomfortable. Overall our experience was very good, and every time we had any problem with something it was resolved very quickly.
