Enjoyed our two night stay at the Hampton Inn. Disappointed though that our "garden view room" looked out onto the car park and exercise building. Make sure you get a room below the 40's if you want a garden view. Everythink else was excellent.

It is hard to look at pictures on the internet and make your decision based upon those pictures and the opinions of others. I can't tell you what a wonderful surprise I found at this Hampton Inn. The pictures didn't do justice to the beauty of this property. Everything was BETTER than photographed. It is rare in this day and age to find NOTHING wrong, NOTHING to complain about. The breakfast was fantastic, I snorkled in the bay next to two manatees. How amazing is that? The pool wonderful, work out room has just the right mix of cardio and weights, the laundry room a bonus. Evening cocktails available at the tiki hut on the bay. The rooms are done in tropical taste to perfection. My husband's only negative (if you can call it that) was no in-room safe). A minor bump in a fantastic property. AAA will give you a nice discount. I can't recommend this property higher. If I could I would give it 10 stars!

I don't know how anybody could post negs about this place. Not to repeat all the positives but add a few. The exercise room was spacious and well equipped good free weights and an apparatus with eliptical and treads. I used the laundry that i am sometimes hesitant to do at hotels, but this one was very clean and appliances were spotless. Biggest plus was the professional, friendly staff who were always availiable to help, from the desk ladies to the cleaning crew and custodial guy. Will look no longer for anywhere else to stay in the keys. Have already recomended to friends. Can't forget the starbucks brewed coffee always availiable!!

Pros: nice clean rooms, friendly staff.
Cons: (room 147) very noisy A/C unit - needed ear plugs, TV picture was washed out, bath sink spout sprayed.
