“Nice discovery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

I simply wanted to share with fellow travelers one recent discovery, the Hampton Inn at Jupiter/Juno Beach.

I wanted to highlight the great reception we have received by a very friendly and courteous customer service person (a french sounding name (Simone???)). That was a good start to our stay in that area. Then, we were pleasantly surprised by their new Happy Hour activity near the reception, the same area where breakfast is served. One of the new addition to the hotel staff, the sales manager Silvia Dias, thought it would be a great idea to introduce this activity to the hotel to get travellers together at the end of their day to wind down before going out for dinner. Judging by the attendance the two nights that I was there, the new idea is definitely a great success and was welcomed by the customers.

I would not want to end my review without highlighting another member of the staff. Her name is Renenka ( or close to that name). She is responsible for the breakfast and the breakfast area. For a quick self serve breakfast before getting on with your day, it was perfect. One can find just about anything we want to start the day well fed. It was all very good, very tasty, served warm with a coffee area that is available for self serve all day long if I am not mistaken. Renenka was very efficient, very customer focused and kept the breakfast area absolutely sparkling clean.

I just thought I would let other travelers know about this nice gem that my wife and I discovered during our recent stay in Florida. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth stopping by and enjoying the pool, the staff and the overall calm and pleasant atmosphere of the Hampton Inn at Jupiter/Juno Beach.

Room Tip: Would probably be preferable to be on the opposite side of the main road that is in front of the hot...

A nice hotel located near the beach was a great plus to my business trip to Florida.
Well kept rooms , nice staff and good service.
Very friendly management in welcoming and personalized environment .
The Happy Hour with wine, beer and appetizers as a great way to relax after a stressing work day .

“Terrible service, Very Rude Management. Unauthorized charges to my credit card!!”

I have never had such terrible before. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property. I have stayed at many hotels around the world; including Hampton inn properties. This has been my worse experience so far. It's a dated hotel that smells like mold when you walk in the front door. The General Manager Suman Patel, which also happens to be the owner of this franchise Hampton inn is very rude and placed unauthorized charges to my credit card. Mr.Patel only cares about making money and not customer satisfaction. I have stayed at motels which were better than this. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property. There are many other nice hotels around the area.

Is it unfortunate that this Guest had a terrible experience due to her personal circumstances that occurred while at the hotel. As you reviewers can see, past guests have raved about how pleasant their stays have been in the past and we hope that this one review does not dissuade you to have a similar experience. If you have any questions or concerns as a result of this review, please reach out to us immediately at pbijb_hampton@hilton.com so we can put your fears to rest and allow you to enjoy your trip with ease!

“Almost perfect!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

A real Hampton Inn: Clean and fresh beds and towels, easy check-in with a nice staff, good breakfast, good sleep, good value. Perfect location in a nice area near beautiful beaches (free parking at Juno beach park), where you can play in the big waves on the Florida sun. We loved it. It was perfect. Many services nearby, and very quiet. The only cons I have was a window of our room who gives on the hallway (strange!) so we have to keep our curtain close for privacy... and we couldn't use the spa because we were there for one night and a couple keep it for themselves for two hours or so... the pool was a little bit fresh but we enjoyed it. We will return!

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel! We are glad you enjoyed your time with us and in the future please let us know if a couple is taking over the spa; it is meant for use by all of the guests at the hotel! For couples, we have two jacuzzi suites overlooking the garden and pool areas! We look forward to your visit sometime soon!

“Plush rooms and nice breakfast....a class act at this price point”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 January 2012

I chose this hotel on the basis of the positive reviews here, and was not disappointed.

Our room was very plush, with a quality of furnishings that I am more used to seeing when travelling on business at more expensive establishments. The breakfast included in the rate was a cooked breakfast, and lacked nothing. The price was also extremely competitive.

Quality of service was good: when I asked about local dining options, in particular the Juno Beach Fish House (just a couple of hundred metres up the road on the opposite side to the hotel), the receptionist described the kind of place it was and even printed up their restaurant menu to study before going there. (US travellers might be saying at this point "so what?", but here in Europe you're lucky if you get local restaurant leaflets, often out of date, in family run B&Bs, and I've never had a menu printed off for me on the spot...) (The Juno Beach Fish House is also recommended by the way).

If one was trying to find something to be negative about one might say that the position right on US 1 is a little uninspiring (i.e. no pretty views), but then again it also makes it really easy to find without satnav (well, I managed OK!)

As a European I'd not come across Hampton before, but if they are all like this I would definitely look to stay again in future.
