This was a fantastic vacation for all of our family. This was our first time with Jack Collins Rentals and everything was great. The condo was lovely and well equipped and the staff at Jack Collins was so helpful. They told us all the nice places and restaurants to go to as well as directions and were very friendly.
We reccommend this to all our friends and to anyone with families.
It was a great vacation and we will return to Jack Collins Rentals from now on.

We stayed in Sand Castle lll unit 404. It was very spacious and clean for the most part. There was six of us staying there and we had plenty of room. I got married on the beach and the other guest took pictures from their balcony and gave them to us. The only downfall which has nothing to do with the owners is that there was a reunion of over 120 people and the parents didn't watch their children. They took over the pool and acted like wild children that had never been outside before. I didn't report it to anyone which was my fault. I had read some bad reviews about Sand Castle and Jack Collins rentals, but it was beautiful and what a view of the ocean and the sunsets. I could have stayed there for a few more weeks. I will be returning in the future. I think the pool should stay open a bit later. If anyone wants a nice quiet place to vacation this is the place, even with all the kids around I still found peace and quiet. We also saw dolphins, stingrays, and found plenty of cool shells. Thanks to everyone at Jack Collins Rentals. You helped make my wedding very special.

Myself, my husband, my daughter and my daughter's boyfriend stayed from May 18 - 27, 2010 in Sand Castle I, Unit 903. Service was very good, no problems and everything was what we expected and had read about.

The rooms were very spacious and clean (no bugs found and that was the main thing as our daughter would not have stayed there is we found any). Everything you needed was available in the condo. Beds were perfect and both bathrooms were very clean and spacious.

We love the location of this condo, everything you needed was in the area. Walk to lunch at the Pub across the street. Little shops all along Gulf Blvd. Lots of shopping and things to do!! Publix, Wal-Mart, Burlington Coat Factory, Beals, Marshalls all in the vacinity or a short drive!

The view from this 9th floor condo was fantastic!!!! The water was so clear during our stay that we could watch dolpins and other fish swimming by and take clear pictures from our desk with the zoom!

The pool and hot tub were great, very clean and well looked after! This time of year it was not busy and we usually had both to ourselves. The grounds all around the pool and garden were well looked after! Hats off to the grounds keeper!

Can't say enough about this great condo and Sand Castle I. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to go back to Sand Castle I next year!

arrived april 17, 2010 suite 504, the place is old, first thing we noticed was sub standard front door lock, from the 40's, balcony didnt lock either even though there was a police alert about a break and enter team on the prawl- decor was old old old, my wife/daughter hated it, didnt even sleep under the sheets, matresses smelled, mold/dust in w/rooms didnt want to touch anything. Im surprise Nolitours sanctioned/rented me this dump. I went down the street 1 mile to the Sand Dollar, plusher + cheaper, bigger the whole 9 yards - dont waste your money Gross capital G
