Our family stayed in Sea Gate 202 and it was great! From reservation to check out everything was organized and without problems. We booked through Florida Lifestyles. The pictures online were accurate, the living room has different furniture but appears new. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is so comfortable, the 2nd bedroom is as large as the master and the 3rd is smaller but all furnished adequately. The condo is very large with an open floor plan. The beautiful sunsets from the balcony were amazing. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is large with everything you need. Grills are available for use on the patio area. The pool is clean, lots of lounge chairs and poolside bathroom available. The beach is white sugar sand with some crushed shells. The beach was not crowded and you could walk for miles in either direction. We spent one day at Ft. DeSoto State Park - this is a beautiful place and I highly recommend the trip. You can take the ferry from here to Egmont Island for shelling and snorkeling. We also went deep sea fishing from Clearwater with Queen Fleet. We caught lots of fish and had a great time. The only downside with the fishing trip was that one of the crew members was very rude and acted like we were putting him out by asking to have I fish cleaned (which is something they advertise and you pay for). Capt. Stan was lots of help and very pleasant. We would probably try a different boat our next trip. We plan on returning next year. Treat yourself to a great vacation and a fantastic condo! Enjoy!

My wife, kids and in-laws stayed here from April 22-May 1, 2010. It was GREAT. I booked it through ourcondo.com (Florida Lifestyles) with their rep Marha (you rock honey!). We came all the way from Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada to find it was exactly what we were told and promised. Martha was the best, she helped us secure a better price than the one adverstised and really hustled a great rate for us. I plan on booking for at least 2 to 4 weeks next time. It was funny because in Sea gate 208, 308 and 408--It was all Canadians...we took over the corner of the condo in the name of Canada, Cheap Beer and Hockey...LOL! I only realized the other Canadians when I met them at the pool....which was right below us. If you want a great place to bring the family, this is it. The elevator was slow, but hey, I needed to walk after drinking all that beer. WE LOVED THIS PLACE!

The four of us stayed in Sea Gate 104. We loved the room's location and the gorgeous view...
The facility was quiet, comfortable, tastefully furnished and very well equipped with more than enough towels and dishes for everyday use. We had and used the furnished beach chairs and mats.... We were impressed that there was a pak and play as well as lots of fun beach toys should we have had young ones.
The rooms were well cleaned. The management was instantly responsive to our request regarding a washer malfunction.
We had a great time!

SeaGate 504 was great. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Very close BeachFront. Easy accress to a very clean pool. Quite and great for the little ones. Can't wait until July 2010.
