Welcome is the first feeling that came over me as my family and I walked thru the doors of the Fillmore again . This trip was the first time my family and I could get away together since our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach , Florida in 2008. Once we knew that we would be vacationing together , we all knew that we wanted to return to the Fillmore. We could not imagine our stay being more enjoyable than the first time which is why we returned . But it was better than before , because the house now has a swimming pool to make for more fun and relaxation . The Fillmore has all the amenities and comforts of home . The time I was there I had the best of nights sleep that I have had in a long time, I was just that comfortable. I truly recommend the Fillmore , the price , value , amenities , service can' t be beat . The community as a whole is very clean and safe and neighborly . Try it , you' ll not only like it , you' ll fall in love with this place . Take a bike ride to the beach a block away or stay home and have a swim and start the grill up or try one of the local restaurants which are great . You will not be dissappointed either way .

We stayed at 810 Gulfside and it was a perfect week. We had units 5 and 6 and everything was just great. Units are very clean, cozy and inviting, a home away from home! Nice gardens, patios, beautiful beach, nice pool with awsome chairs!
The owners and people that worked there made our vacation a very nice stay.
We took a look at Sarah seaside one day ...personaly we liked 810 Gulfside better. It was more private, less crowded, quiet and we were very happy with our decision. Hopefully we will have the chance to return in the near future!

Sarah's Seaside is a beautiful property and just right for a nice beach vacation. Stayed in the small cottage 308B and is geat for a single traveler looking for some R&R or a couple. The tropical landscaping around the pool and grounds is very nice and the sunsets are beautiful. One of the staff also showed me several of the other units and each is nice in its own way depending on what you want. Also stayed a night at 810 Gulfside and the units there are nice as well and can be described as updated old Florida. Nice old original cedar wood on the ceiling and trim. Ask the owner, Lee, to show you the pictures of what it was like before his renovation. Wow, he did a great job!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Georges Place--Gulfside resorts. We rented all the cottages for a family gathering; grandparents, great grandparents, sisters, brothers and children. The cottages were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owners were fantastic. We spent a week enjoying this beautiful place and it wasn't long enough. I would highly recommend it!!!
