After enjoying a week at Palm Tree Villas in 2010, my wife and I returned in 2011 to stay for a full month. Palm Tree Villas is a great spot for a relaxing vacation! The villas are exceptionally nice and the grounds are beautiful. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful to guests. We have already booked our villa for another month in 2012. We highly recommend Palm Tree Villas at Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.

My family and I (hubby, 4.5 and 2 year old) were lucky enough to visit for a second time the week after Christmas. Palm Tree Villas was just as good the second time around. I was still amazed at how clean the villas are and equipped with everything you need. Ashok (we didn't get a chance to see Peggy) were gracious hosts and popped by to make sure we were doing okay. Palm Tree Villas is the perfect place to be on vacation, but feel like you are in the comfort of your own home. We had great weather where we could stay on the beach all day long without the feeling of being too hot. The water was frigid but still had some brave souls in it (like my hubby). They must have been from Canada! Our boys loved everything about the trip especially the wagon ride to and from the beach ( a quick 2-3 minute walk). We will definitley be returning to Palm Tree Villas!

Located on the Northend of the island, in a quite, charming neigborhood, this little place is a real gem. Our room, #20 was spotlesly clean, with tile floors, comfortable furniture and upscale kitchen/granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare a meal. We loved the little patio equipped with shower to rinse the sand off. Located a block from the beach they provide wagons for you to carry your things, including the chairs /umbrellas they provide. Our host, Peggy, Ashok and Judy were present and happy to assist us with anything we needed. You can tell that this is a labor of love for them, no corporate here! We had the pleasure of taking a tour of other rooms and they all were charming and beautiful with amenities you might not expect like in-room safes, welcome cookies and jam, bottles of water and high end soaps, shampoos and lotion. Our unit was a 2 bedroom but they have 1 bedrooms, studios and some of the 2 bedrooms can open to the studio making it a 3 bedroom for larger groups. The pool area is so inviting with lush, tropical plants, a great place to relax. I also like the fact that they have taken a lot of care to be a "Green" resort with solar panles to heat the pool and lots of recyling bins. Upon checking out we were asked "was there anything we could have done to make your visit more enjoyable? The answer was NO, everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. We loved this little slice of paradise and will return again.

Amazing. Walking distance to the beach. Extremely clean!! This place is pure quality.
