Enjoyed are stay at this hotel. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The place was clean even with lobby renovations taking place. Rooms were a nice size and the bed comfortable. Close to airport and Port Everglades. We were taking a cruise so arranged for the shuttle service to take us to Port Everglades. That was a bit of a gong show and very unorganized. Not hotels fault who they contract it out to.

I usually stay at this hotel while visiting relatives in the area. Usually the rates are reasonable. The location is on a lake, which I love to sit outside and eat my breakfast. I will be back to this location, not in the winter though. All hotels in that area raise their rates.

We were skeptical of this hotel having read reviews from previous travelers. We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel has been undergoing renovation and we stayed on the 6th floor that had been totally redone. The room was very large with comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants; however, they have a shuttle that will take you to the shopping area which is nearby. They also offer shuttle service from the airport and also from the hotel to the pier if you are taking a cruise. We did have to wait a while for the shuttle to the ship. There seemed to be some confusion with the drivers. There were people getting on the shuttle earlier than they were told. We opted to wait until the last group which turned out great because we had a larger vehicle. We got to the ship in plenty of time. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when taking a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Very Clean, lovely pool & hot tub so nice. Breakfast was typical but enough to get you going in the morning. the rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet. If you need to do some shopping there is a great outdoor mall right across the street.
