I recently stayed before I went on my trip to orlando with my kids.EVERYTHING has changed the staff are very nice now.The cleaning has gotten better then the last time I stayed there.

This place is one step over a homeless shelter. Feel free to write me for pics of this place. The ones you see are not real. This place is disgusting. Overhang falling down, no AC in room, No phone, Computer in lobby broken., refrig in room broken. no closet. Bathtub all chipped, bulbs blown. Small pool and acess horrible. Luckily I only stayed for 2 nights. Even the coffe was terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. The positive reviews must have been written by employees. Tried to resolve and was cursed out by the manager of the reservation dept.

The service is great all of the workers are great especially Regina its so close to everything!Subway and mcdonald for my kids.

myself and my husband have just done a 3 week flydrive to florida ...before i left we booked all hotels in advance ..every hotel was true to description except this website ...as long as i live i will do my upmost to take this website off and make it be honest about itself .....take a look at the traveller reviews they are spot on the ones that say its nice /great i can only conclude that these reviews must of been confused when stayin there ....when we arived here i was in a state of shock the building was falling down outside ...its a disgusting mix of yellow decrepid concrete and a disused parking lot.... its in the end of a residential area and needless to say i felt very threatend ....i cried when i asked the reception if i was in the right place and she confirmed i was ..when i pointed out the website looked nothing like this she said "well the building was hit by a lorry and is under repair" funny tho no signs/trucks/or anything goin on to back this up ......she mentioned that the rooms were refurbed and so was the pool ....take a look at the website photos and then the traveller review real ones cause these are spot on ...the pool area was nothing more then a run down concrete tip...with a rubbish bin near it...... when we checked in the room ,,,,wot a shock dirty walls and the bath was full of dirt ..paint pealing of doors cig burns in carpet...even tho it was a no smoking hotel??????i asked to change rooms not that the second one was much better....when my hubby asked where b/fast was he came out laughin cause he had just been told it was in the reception where the 2 tables were ....2 tables for how many rooms????? b/fast well wot can i say ...it was a few dried up buns and i mean dried up with a cereal that resembled pig swill ...please i beg of you travellers do not stay here i can not bear any other people being mis lead by this website....the black concrete you see around the hotel website does not exsist ,its all run down .....please stay away ........
