After the first afternoon of golfing, we went back. The course is in good shape & people are great. The golf for the price is definitely worth it! We were staying on Hollywood Beach and the course is about a 10 minute drive. Very convenient!

We parked the car and then enjoyed the surroundings! We had a golf course view room and just loved sitting out watching the birds and golfers. The room was basic motel but quiet, clean and thoroughly adequate. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel totally at home. We were going to the Miami dolphins game on Sunday and staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation (we did not want to drive) and all worked exceptionally well. We enjoyed Moonshadows so much. A small bar, reataurant with very good food; great deals for happy hour; friendly staff and friendly patrons. The golf course is challenging and really pleasant with all the birds and old trees. We easily got the tee-time we wanted and the pace of play was very good. All in all a great few days and we never even thought of moving our car!!

Beds were uncomfortable. Restaurant was chintzy and overpriced - we were the only people in it all night, that should tell you something! Outlet in bathroom did not work. No elevator or accommodations for disabled patrons; manager refused to discuss lack of accommodations for disabled patrons with me. Very loud AC unit that sounded like a plane taking off. 1st floor hallway smelled like mold and gave me sinus headaches. $3 drinks in lobby vending machine - yeah right! Located in a slummy part of Hollywood; the only thing that looked new in the whole building was the security system. Save your money.

We spent one week in this hotel and we were very satisfied. We found only small imperfaction in cleaning. Swimming pool and golf course are very nice.
