I came here to spend half a week away from the daily grind. Location on yhe ocean was great. Like most reviews state there is a $20 valet charge. Not a big deal as you have in and out privledges. The key here is to have your car out before the crowds come in. Otherwise you get involved in the mess of vehicles coming and going. Valets are quick and courteous. Rooms are nice and fairly clean. Bathroom where toilet was smelled like urine. Housekeeping tried ti clean but never fully remedied the situation. Two outlets in the room didn't work. One on the desk and one by the alarm clock. Rooms were sound proof and quiet. Order room service and they were prompt and courteous. The Cafe restaurant was not a great experience. I ate here twice and both times received horrible service. The friendliness was so so each time. I fully believe that becausw the tip is already applied to the bill the team doesn't provide the quality of service they should. I ate outside of the property and the service was much better. Lastly the internet service was over priced with poor coverage. I purchased premium Internet only to receive worst service than what I would call starter internet. I would suggest saving your money on premium internet as you wont get the promised speeds.
Had I stayed away from the cafe, dirty bathroom, and over priced services the stay was otherwise enjoyable.
