Yuck, what a horrible hotel!! 1st we had to wait at least 50 minutes for the shuttle, then it was not as close to the airport as they said (took at least 20 min.), and went down hill after that. The hotel is old and dated, stale smell. hesitated on checkin, but it was past cancellation period, so went ahead. big mistake! When we got to our room, it was smelly, old, dirty carpet, and we had visitors. Roaches!!! Less then 10 min. after checkin we were checking out! No one should ever have to experience this!!! Disgusting!!! We will never book another Ramada again!

Since my last visit the hotel has continued to improve in all areas. They have upgraded the TV's in their rooms and have upgraded their lobby an dsecurity. This location has become a very good bargain.

We stayed here prior to leaving on a cruise, they state free shuttle to MIA, I waited for 90 min after calling for ride. Saw dozens of other shuttles for the other MIA hotels multiple times. Upon arrival to the hotel the staff was informed that my wife will be arriving at 10:30pm the staff and driver stated they will make sure they are there to get her. When my wife arrived on a later flight again she was waiting, I asked the staff to call the driver for ETA/Location. The staff was showed a lot of irritation for this request, but the did it and the drive stated he was on his way back with another guest, I then asked if he was going back again the staff was irritated by the request stating the shuttle on runs until 11pm. I told them then we will get a taxi. So I spent $40 for a taxi to bring my wife to the hotel. I must admit the room was very nice and comfortable. The next morning we had a complementary breakfast as part of the hotel stay, when we arrived at the resturant there was not sign for seating or hostess. We had to stop an employee to ask "Do we seat ourselves?" Other families came to the entrance and we had to tell them to seat themselves. I was very disapointed in this hotel service. I will select a different hotel if I return to Miami.

Stayed here Jan. 20, 2012 for 3 days pre-cruise. Very satisfied with room. Our room was huge. Bed was so comfortable, linens were clean, room was clean. We stayed in back building so going for morning coffee was a walk, disappointed that the coffee was empty by 9am. Second day we asked for extra packs of coffee for our room and all was well. Tons of places to shop and eat near by and airport was only 15 minutes away. Pool still not finished but we knew this before booking. We rented a car from airport, returned it morning of cruise and Alamo gave us free shuttle to Port of Miami.
