We have stayed at the Sea Breeze before this visit was as enjoyable as ever. Lori does an incredible job to make sure your room is comfortable and has everything you need (even big white robes for lounging in!) This time we were in the Aruba suite with a sitting area (with a door out to the porch) and 1 1/2 baths. Perfect! Breakfasts on the porch are always delicious and relaxing - we love sitting and watching the water and the people in the park across the street. happy hour on the porch with friends is just as good!! The porch has a fridge stocked with water and sodas and an ice maker. Labor Day weekend was a great time to be in Gulfport with the Art Walk and the amazing Gecko Fest. We also had great dinners at Belini's and Backfin - both short walks from the Inn. We hope to get back to Gulfport at least once a year and this is the only place we'll stay!

We were doing major remodelling to our home in Gulfport, so decided to book one of the two pet-friendly cottages at the Sea Breeze Manor for two weeks. It was the best money we spent on our remodel. Each day after working on our home destruction and reconstruction, we came back to the Sea Breeze and felt as relaxed as we possibly could be. Our two dogs very happy here also. The accomodations are beautiful and each guest suite is uniquely decorated. The common area is tasteful but homey, the verandah overlooking the Bay is great for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of (really good) coffee in the morning. Great home made breakfasts. Innkeeper Lori Rosso is so friendly and gracious. The Inn is just steps away from all the cool shops and restaurants in Gulfport's Waterfront District. Altogether, a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended for a visit to an "Old Florida"-style village.

We ended up here after reading the reviews of the places on St. Pete beach and the gulf. Most seemed to be past-their-prime examples of what St. Pete used to be like before cheap package tours to Mexico took their lunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed Gulfport, none of the chain restaurants that dominate the rest of Florida and strangle the interest out of visiting the Sunshine State.

The Sea Breeze was a exactly what we were looking for, an antidote to the sameness and washed-out yesteryear feeling to the rest of the area.

Owner was very personable and knowledgable of the area, very accommodating host who we enjoyed chatting with.

We would definitely stay again if in the St. Pete area.

This was our second stay at Sea Breeze Manor - great B&B and Gulfport is a charming, small waterfront town. Almost everything is within walking distance - lots of great restaurants and shops. Sea Breeze Manor is right across the street from a city park with beach access - we could see Boca Ciega Bay from our patio. We were in the Key West cottage (a separate cottage that is handicap accessible) - room was lovely, with a nice seating area and desk, spacious bath; breakfast was good. There are two cottages (both pet friendly) in addition to the main inn accommodations. We started our mornings with breakfast out on the porch looking out onto the water - wonderful. There are snacks/drinks available all day. All in all, a delightful stay.
