We stayed in the "Key West" suite, it opens onto the Manor's courtyard and was very private. The one caveat being that the suite was not connected to the main building and thus had no internet service. Of course the great room was always accessible. The main building has a large veranda facing the water - excellent for taking in the sights and sounds while having a cool drink. There was ample parking and easy walking access to all of the attractions in GulfPort. Breakfast was included and Lori was ready to cook whatever we desired.

We were totally impressed by Sea Breeze Manor! We were only there one night during the week but we definitely hope to stay there again for a weekend (and maybe bring some friends). Lori was away, but Linda was a great hostess, and since the place was not full, we got a tour of all the rooms. There is no bad room here, I would be happy in any of the six (we stayed in the Key West Cottage and would probably prefer that again because it is so private - yet with a view). Highly Recommended!!!

We went to Florida for a family wedding with a couple days set to ourselves as a couple. We chose the Sea Breeze as our location because we would have our own cottage and get breakfast. We arrived a day late, due to airplane delays, and the owner had wine waiting for us. Our cottage was separate from the house, was furnished with a love seat, chairs, great 4 poster bed, full bathroom with tub and roll-in shower, and many decorations tastfully added to make the cottage attractive. We were close to beaches, walked around Gulfport window shopping, and ran to local beaches. The house had port, sherry, a fridge stocked with soft drinks and water. We had time to sit on the long front porch relaxing. The breakfast the next morning was amazing and we enjoyed hearing our host's work history in Washington DC. While driving the main street for dinner, we were amazed at how tightly packed and touristy the hotel/motel scene was. It made it all the better to have our private cottage to come back to for the evening.

We first discovered the Sea Breeze back in 2003-2004. We loved it so much, and always said we would be back, and we finally were able to last year for our 13th anniversary. We did not get to meet Lori the first time around, as she wasn't the owner at that time, so we were pleasantly surprised to see in 2010, that the inn was EVEN BETTER than before! Lori makes you feel like you are her houseguest, and the whole town is just incredible. If you stay, make sure you dine at Backfin Blue, they have the best crab cakes anywhere! And, of course, Lori's breakfasts are to die for! We have stayed in the Jamaica room and the Bermuda room, and cannot wait to return! It is great to stay somewhere for a vacation where they understand that indeed, the little things DO matter!
