Stayed here while doing some work in the area, and really enjoyed it. The rooms are pretty basic: wifi, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge. The property is pretty much a self serve, as far as housekeeping goes. The rooms in the back are much nicer and face a big green lawn. There are BBQ grills and tables in the back which are very well maintained and have all of the utensils for grilling.
No swimming pool, but I wasn't interested in that.
I did hear someone complaining that the rooms in the front are very noisy, so I would request a room in the back. The office seems to only be open sporadically. There were quite a few long-term residents (one with dogs), but I enjoyed the company in the evenings.
It's not the four seasons, but I found it very comfy and enjoyed having a beer outside in the evening and chatting with the other guests.

I live in Green Cove Springs. Got a room for my brother who was visiting. Place is clean. Furniture is worn, tired and beyond retirement age...worst thing was no hot water...moved to second room...still no hot water...owners need to invest in the property or shut it down.

It was exactly what I wanted - a place to crash for the night. Few frills (internet, cable, coffee), but it wasn't all that long ago that this was the state of lodging.
Why pay for a pool I wasn't going to use?

Perfect for the solo traveller who needs a place to sleep.
