I chose this place because I was in town for a week for my daughter's graduation. I didn't want to spend more on other accommodations and this was the closest to where she lived. It is clean, secure, nice staff, good service and free wifi. That was all I needed. I didn't eat breakfast there. Coffee was OK (get it from the pot in the breakfast area rather than by the front door if you like it stronger.)

I chose an inside room that was on the side away from I-75 so it was quiet. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in my room. Also a coffee pot. The room was on the small side but there was still a big chair and desk. It was just a bit crowded. The bathroom had a nice shower and places to hang clothes while taking a shower. The sink area was separate with counter space for your things. Closet was open but there was a place to hang clothes on a rack. Also an ironing board, iron and hair dryer.

Again, very comfortable for a value choice. You see the biggest difference from a more expensive hotel in the size of room, bed comfort and quality of towels and sheets.

Nice SHS...covers all the bases...right off I 75 but quiet area, lots of great places to eat nearby...also noticed they have a discount program for UF parents with some freebies included...very nice staff as well

Good solid value, clean, all amenities, and they went out of their way to assist with my lost credit card.

Stayed here one night while in Gainesville to attend graduation of relative at UF. Clean lobby and room, check in was a breeze without a prior reservation, quiet room. Breakfast was free but disappointing. Not one piece of fruit or any vegetables to be found, just some oatmeal, sausage, and overcooked scrambled eggs, plus coffee. Yuck! Free wifi and parking.
