I find the rooms clean, the people friendly & helpful. I especially like the concierge suite-the kitchen & laundry make the trip convienient. They even give you a free breakfast no matter which type of room you get. It's only 15 minutes from the beach, but there are a couple of pools & a small workout room.

I was in town for bodybuilding show and i was not pleased my room was laced with ants and was very dirty. don't be fooled by photos. Avoid this place.

Stayed here for two days with 3 of my girlfriends. I can't say anything bad about my stay. I was shock at how low the price was because it was roomy n convient to Destin! I advise anyone who plans on visiting Destin to stay here n drive the short distance to Destin. You save a lot of money and you still have a great time.

My husband, three year old son and I just returned from our three day trip to Fort Walton Beach Florida. We booked though bookit.com and had absolutely no problems with our reservation or room. We opted for a suite with king-sized bed and kitchen/laundry room. Room was great for the price! Our room had a full kitchen; utility room with washer & dryer; pantry; dining area; living room w/ sleeper sofa; two tvs; bedroom seperate from living room area; walk in closet.

This room worked really well for us because our little boy napped and slept on sleeper sofa and had his own tv to watch cartoons early in the morning (while we caught another hour of sleep). I also really like having a washer/dryer...came in really handy after beach/pool trips and I didn't have to pack as much clothing knowing I could just wash a load (don't forget laundry detergent). Also I must say the king sized bed was super comfortable...sheets were really soft ! Towels were surpsingly soft too (compared to most hotel towels)!

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the bad reviews about breakfast...we arrived at breakfast each morning between 6:30 & 7:30am and there were plenty of tables. It is served buffet style and included: eggs; bacon; sausage; biscuits; toast; bagels; fresh fruit; yogurt; muffins; cereal; milk; juice & coffee (not bad a all)!

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children...it is fairly close to a lot of good shopping and restaurants...Navarre beach is about 20 minutes away and is beautiful!
