I was offended after trying to change a channel on the lobby TV that they are a partner with CNN, only show CNN in their lobby by corporate decision and default the room TVs to CNN.

I will not support a place that so openly supports an agenda, whatever it is, to the exclusion of others. I can't believe how small-minded and skewed this business that serves the public is.

This hotel is something out of the 1960s. We checked in and checked right out. On the way to the room we got into the elevator that was horrid. It bounced and shaked and felt as if it was going to die on us before we reached our floor. I got out just before the doors closed and found another horrid one around the corner. Not much better. The halls were dark and dank and the ceiling was low low low low. We got to our room and were disappointed and felt like we were back in the 1960s.
We immediately walked out of the room went back to the front desk where they understood completely and allowed us to leave without charging us the for the night.
This hotel needs to be gutted and rebuilt.

To say I was disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. First the lobby was dirty the staff was not friendly at all. The room was the pits. The room was dirty the towels did not smell fresh and the bed had springs coming through the cover. I talked with the staff and management again they did not care. I had items that was missing out of my room again manager did not care their comments to me was things get missing sometime sorry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! YOU WOULD BE BEEN OFF SLEPPING IN YOUR CAR. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAIED IN YEARS. HOLIDAY INN NEEDS TO PULL THEIR NAME OFF OF THIS HOTEL.

...First and last! On the plus side, the staff was friendly, and the outside of the hotel is nice, but the rooms are ratty! I'd suggest the powers that be spend a little more $ on renovating the rooms, and less On the "Tiki Bar", and goofy looking slide in the swimming pool!
