Room was clean & spacious, has all ammenities as described. Houskeepping service was very good as well. Had a small gliche w/ on-line reservation, but it was handled easily & without frustration.
Excellent location - right off the interstate, in easy walking or driving proximity to restaurants. Hotel offered a full breakfast 6-10am, excellent, a $5-10/day bonus.
The only negative I have is the location of the safe in the room, the safe was on the floor, so you had to sit on the floor to put things in & out - but a minor thing really.

I decided to book the Best Western rather than the Hampton Inn next door because the reviews were very good and the rates were lower. I was disappointed because the bed was hard in an uncomfy way and they only gave two pillows per bed. These things might not be an issue for others but are important to me. Since there are three of us staying in the room, only 1 of us got to use two pillows. No real complaints about anything else but I would pay $15 more a night next time to stay at the Hampton Inn just for the better beds.

Needed someplace economical and reliable to visit a client: this fairly new property is in a cluster of several hotels.

While it's a little hard to find, it's worth it.

The price was right. The exercise room adequate, and the room was very nice for the price.

Don't expect plush towels and 5 choices of soap.

This is a very good value.

I'm never really happy with hotel breakfasts at this price level, as their protein choices are limited. This one had some sort of processed egg pancake. But for the price I shouldn't complain at all. Many eating choices nearby.

We chose this property from a hotel coupon booklet at a reststop. The coupon listed this property as "BRAND NEW". WRONG. It is 2 1/2 yrs old. The front desk clerk was not at his position when we walked in, the phone was ringing off the hook. Then his computer froze up and he could not really check us in. But he did give us the keys to our room for a rate of $54.99. The room was nice and clean. Much larger than normal, with a side chair, king bed. The windows had condensation on them...and the a'/c was running full speed. Not sure why....maybe that's the way it is in Florida. The towels in the b/r were very harsh. But nice to have the new style curtain rod. We also had a microwave and mini fridge. It would have been nice to have had a floor lamp by the chair in order to read. The make-your-own waffle breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit and bagels, English muffins, juices, coffee, and dry cereal were also available. Big flat screen tv with CNN was also on the wall for us to catch up on the morning news while we ate.
