When we first got there our plans were to stay away bc my boyfriend was working at the FP&L plant but we got transfered to another job after 5 days of staying there. So i called down to the front desk and asked if we could get a refund for the rest of the week bc we had paid for a week. and the guy had to change our rate to the normal rate to do it and he said he'd have everything ready for us when we do check out and i said alright and when we went to check out it was some girl at the desk and she told us we could get a refund and didnt know how the guy before her figured that we would. that made us mad and we told her that we wasnt going to check out and we will be back tomorrow that we had to take care of some things in a different town. Well we get back the next day and go up to our room and the room was clean and all of our food in the fridge was gone. So we go down stairs to see what was going on and the guy at the desk told us we was checked out last night and that we got a refund and we didnt! We argued with the guy for a little while about it and he called his manager and asked if we could come back in a couple days and talk to him. which we obvisouly we couldnt! somebody stole our money and i think it was the girl on the night shift i wish i would have got her name! I just cant believe they didnt try to fix the problem or help us out any they acted like they didnt care!
