My fiance and I stayed here in a Hotel Style room for a wedding that was on Sanibel Island, and my parents stayed here in a Loft Style room. Both rooms were perfect for us! My fiance and I just needed something nice but not too expensive since we weren't staying long. My parents had a longer stay and loved thier room! Every room looks brand new, with nice furniture, tile floors, and great Air Conditioning!

The staff was so helpful, gave us everything we needed, and offered daily activites (we went kayaking for free, just b/c we rented a room with them!) This Resort is fairly new and you notice right away that this family put a lot of heart and sole into this place.

The location was just great! We were right around the corner from Ft. Myers Beach, only about 10 mintues from Sanibel Island and Cape Coral. We really liked the location, b/c we were close to everything but still secluded enough to where we could enjoy a day at the pool without tons of noise and people.

We were very pleased with the whole experience and have already talked about visiting the Tip Top Isles again next year!! Thank you to all the staff and family members of the resort who made our vaca so wonderful!! :)

We found it a very clean, nice place with a large room and a small price.The whole motel seems to be very new . The air condition was excellent and quiet. Comfortable, sunny pool area. The stuff is friendly and helpful.
We would like to come back next year!

A very clean and updated motel with out the high beach prices..It was a great place to stay pool on one side and canel on the other side.Very friendly host..Very close to the beaches..My favorite was the pool couch at the pool..It could use an unbrella at one of the tables by the pool as my husband is not to fond of the sun..Wish we would have found this place sooner.Only got to spend one night..But we'll be back.
