This like a home away from home. Everything is kept neat and clean. This is our second time we have stayed at the Edison Beach House. This Beach House is so conveniently located. You are close to many restaurants (walking distance) and the beautiful sandy beach is out the door of the condo. Washing machines and dryers are in the unit as well as maid service each day.
The Edison Beach House is a gem!

We just love this place. It is like a home from home. Rooms are lovely and clean with all the amenities you could want. Staff treat you like family. We would definitely recommend a visit. We are returning this august.

My wife and I just got back from a week in Florida. From Jan. 16 to Jan. 23 we stayed with our friends at the Edison Beach House in Ft. Meyers Beach, Florida. The people who manage and who work there are courteous and helpful.
We experienced a water leak from the floor above us that dripped over our toilet area whenever the people above us would shower. The first night we were allowed to use a different room so we wouldn't be irritated by the leak. That room didn't have as nice a view as our original one, so we asked to move back to that one. They even gave us some of our money back to compensate us for the inconvenience. We found that if we left the toilet seat up that much of the water would fall into the toilet. And when that room above us was vacated, they fixed the leak.
When things are going well any establishment seems like it does a good job of servicing its customers. It is only when the inconveniences occur that you really find out what kind of a priorities your hosts have. I can honestly say that at Edison Beach House they take good car of their guests. Even the owner of the establishment came to meet us and to assess the situation.

The Edison Beach House is a treasure. The location is perfect, walking to shops and restaurants, quick access off the island if needed and the white sandy beach is beautiful. Every suite has a furnished kitchen. Maid service daily, with a wonderful staff. Very clean and well run. The owners live on site to keep an eye on things. Priced very reasonable for all get. It's almost better than home.

Beautiful rooms right on the beach. Every room has a great view. All have kitchens with everything you could need. This was our 4th stay here...wouldn't stay anywhere else. We plan on visiting every chance we get.
