This Fairfield is in a very good location--just off US 41 and very near shopping and dining. It seems like an older facility (small lobby and dated furniture), but is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the evening, there were no luggage carts and the front desk person located one for us on another floor. Parking was well lit and breakfast was typical Fairfield (no hot items) but very fresh and a nice selection.

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and were made to feel very welcome by all of the staff.The breakfast was comprehensive, and the rooms were very clean, quiet and well appointed.
The location is just off hwy. 41, close to many dining and shopping opportunities,and the beaches and other major attractions are a short drive away.
I would highly recommend this hotel for the leisure or business traveller.

My family and I only stayed for 1 night. For $90 with 2 queen beds in the 3rd floor, this hotel is affordable and convenient to restaurants, shops, and about 15 minutes to the Ft. Myers Beach. The room and bathrooms are very clean! The A/C unit works very well and quiet. Small fridge and microwave with coffee maker inside. The breakfast room was loaded with goodies which includes 2 waffle makers. There are no other hot items except for toasts and microwavable breakfast sandwiches. We did not use the small pool. Friendly staff. Overall, this works for short stays.

We recently stayed at this hotel because we received a great price through Expedia. This hotel is close to the airport and across the street from a Super Target and several restaurants. It is about a 20 minute drive to Sanibel and 45 minute trip to Captiva (where we spent most of our time.) Overall good value. Nothing special and the rooms are small,but we were only there to sleep. Staff are very nice and accommodating.
