We came to Fort Myers during Spring break with no reservations. We expected higher than normal prices for hotels, but I must admit we were shocked by the high prices. Many hotels did not have any vacancies at all. We found this hotel after a few hours of searching. It was nothing fancy, but our room was clean. We paid 94 dollars a night including taxes. The room was very small with low ceilings. It had plenty of lighting that made up for the cramped space. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our sleep. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravey, eggs, sausage and make you own waffles. Nothing fancy but it filled our bellies. The coffee was very good. The pool was small but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a nightmare! We flew from L.A. to Ft. Myers Aiport arriving at 11 p.m. and tired. I entered Ford Streen Extension into my iphone GPS and my Garmin GPS. Both of them led me to a scary neighborhood. I called the hotel after driving around in circles, and the Front Desk said it is actually on Colonial Blvd., next to Dairy Queen- more than 20 minutes from where my GPS said it was. Exhausting. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO PUT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE FRONT DESK SHOULD WARN PEOPLE THAT Ford Street Extension is NOT on GPS! The hotel was very, very hard to find.

Enjoyed my stay,extra large room, comfy bed, only negative no flat screen tvs. but otherwise wonderful .. We love the elevator to our room.no stairs for us. We eat at Mels Diner 10 mins away for breakfast. but they do have continenal breakfast. We love Mels .. We go quite often for elderly mother visits.

The hotel was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was incredible. There were eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy, on top of the cereal, fruit etc. The hotel was easy to find with ample parking. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. There were restaurants and shopping within a close driving distance. The wireless internet was unreliable, and we had trouble getting the shower to a nice warm temperature. It tended to be too hot or too cold. I would definitely stay again, because these were minor issues. They have a small fitness room, and they are not too far from the beach, and Captiva Island.
