My husband and I booked this hotel based on its reviews and it was everything we hoped for and more. We originally booked for 1 night since we wanted to be sure, and then after one night we booked for the rest of the week. It was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for a very long time, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. If there was one negative, it was trying to find it late at night. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

When a friend suggested this Hampton-Inn ... I replied a flat out "NO!", because I like the luxury and uber cleanliness (plus amenities) of really nice hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton, Helmsley Hotels, and so on. Aftersome prodding and the fact that THIS hotel is the #1 rated hotel in all of Ft. Myers, I gave in ... agreed on this property. ...Well, Damn Sam! I was totally blown away ... for less that half the typical cost, this inexpensive Hampton Inn, makes all the giants look as though the are running in S L O W motion!

I've travelled for business and pleasure for nearly 40 years in cities large and small in 26 countries. In one quick weekend stay, this hotel becomes an instant favorite ... and I kept expecting something to go wrong ... How do they do it? the total experience from check-in, cleanliness, safety, hospitality, convenience, amenities, I'm accustomed to paying about $300 per night ... but not here.

I actually considered not writing this review and try to keep it a 'best kept secret', but there are already hundreds (if not thousands) that know of this true jewel. Upon arrival (and seemed like every waking minute, you're greeted by Mandy and Landon, with smiles and access to answer any question asked. All public areas are "like-New" clean and tidy. Truth-be-told, I presumed that I was the forst to ever stay in this 'just-opened-for-business hotel. Surprised again, that this property has been operating for about 5 years.

Having met friends here, we resolved to meet here again in April. This is the only Hotel you need to know about in Lee County, Florida. Ask for their restaurant 'list' at check-in. Their recommendations are spot-on. Our group spent the whole weekend at the hotel, pool and lounge areas, only leaving the property for restaurants. This hotel and its staff deserve 10 stars!

I was given the task of finding a nice hotel for eight of us to stay in for this weekend. Based on prior reviews of this hotel this was my selection. When I phoned for reservations, I had the privilege of working with Jeff, the owner/manager. We were visiting Ft. Myers to attend the All Ford Car Show at the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and we were assured that our cars would be in a secure protected area of the parking lot. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were clean, well cared for, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, the pool clean..... I could go on and on about how nice this stay was. It is clear that there is great pride of ownership in this facility and that the staff enjoys their jobs. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant and fun time for all of us.

Lisa & I wanted to stay at a Hampton this past weekend (1/28-29/2012) for the sole purpose of trying the famous Hampton bed before buying one for our home. We chose Ft. Meyers (Colonial) because we wanted to take in the beach and relax on the Gulf Coast.

I tried to book directly with the hotel, but, unfortunately, the comuter at that location was out of service at the time. I spoke with Landon(Hotel Mgr), who guided me through the process with the "800" contact, ensuring me I would get a great rate, which I did. Landon was thorough, professional, extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Knowing that we got a late start and would not arrive before 1800, I called the hotel enroute and had the extreme pleasure to speak with Mandi (y). She was outstanding, assuring me everything was OK--even upgraded us (Hilton Honors) to a great room.

When we arrived, Mandi couldn't have done better for us. Everything was taken care of, we got fresh cookies and she printed out a "nearby restaurant" list for us, answered every question completely, etc.

In short, our stay was perfect! The facility was spotless, our two breakfasts were delightful--the "breakfast folks" were soo impressive and the desk staff could not have been 1% better. We loved our weekend with you and can't wait to return!
