I am a High School Basketball Coach from California and I recently stayed at the Grand Stay with our team and chaperones. We stayed for a week and the the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Not only was the hotel a great value, but it the rooms were very clean and they were large enough for 3-4 people in each room, and they included breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend the Grand Stay to anyone who wants a good value.

Wow what a hotel. Not a complaint in sight. Just how a hotel should be run. Clean, comfortable, quiet, breakfasts were great, staff were knowledgable and friendly, hot water anytime, great linens. The other chains should come and see this hotel. It just shows what can be done. We paid a 2 star price and got a 5 star stay. Thank you. We will be back.

I stayed at the Grand Stay Hotel & Suites while attending OSHA classes in Fort Myers. The entire hotel was supremely clean as though it was brand new clean. The room air conditioners did just that. The plumbing was very good and the water pressure while not like back home was enough to get clean. The linens were very clean as were the beds. The TV reception was excellent. This is thankfully a no smoking hotel and they are very serious. If you leave smoke residue in their room the charge is another $350 to clean the room so if you smoke don't plan to do it in these rooms. The only negative score I have is the breakfasts are not what they sound like in the brochure. Don't stay here if a free and filling breakfast is your logic but there are plenty of restaurants close to this hotel.

Very nice,shuttle,breakfast,friendly & helpful. Perfect place to stay if you have an early fight home.
