We stayed here based on the reviews, to be at a short commute to friends living on Sanibel Island. Prices were out of reach there. We were on the first floor near the laundry. Although I've been in much nicer motels, there was nothing wrong with our room. Very clean. The staff does not even come in to your room if you stay less than a week. We took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and some other meals to cut costs. The beds were not anything fancy, but were firm enough. This is in an upscale area, near a WalMart. You are in walking distance of a great buffet called Sweet Tomatoes.

First the limited downside: Our TV didn't get good reception and the commode
required more than one flush. These things didn't seem worth the trouble to bring to the attention
of the excellent staff...and I am sure that had we brought these matters to their attention they would have been
dealt with quite quickly.

This is the first time we have ever stayed in an extended stay hotel. Once you adjust to making your own bed
and occasionally taking the garbage to the conveniently located trash rooms, you can really appreciate the place. You get maid service every 7days.

The beds are of the quality you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The same can be said of the pillows. The hotel is immaculate. In these hotels you go to the front desk and ask for whatever you need. The staff accommodates your needs with great charm. The manager, LuAnn, seems to be working 24/7, but whatever you need, LuAnn makes it available.

The facility has full sized refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and our room had a king sized bed with a sofa or a sofa bed in the adjacent room. both rooms have TVs. The decor is adequate, but hardly designer. But if clean is important, this a lace where you find "clean".

Great staff, quiet guest rooms, beds better than those we are accustomed to in 4 star hotels and Wifi. We stay in hotels to sleep....and if you can't get a good night's sleep in this hotel, you are probably an insomniac.

Loved our 2 week stay. Had a great room ,the staff is great ,it was very quiet and the location was awesome. would stay again

This is a smokers hotel. I've never seen so many smokers at once. Check in was uneventful. When we got off the elevator to go to the room, there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. The room itself only had a slight smoke smell, but the room was in poor condition. The couch was broken. The reclincer was stuck on open and there was a whole in the other seat. Bed were extremely worn, the flooring was coming up in the bathroom.
I will never stay here again.
