This hotel staff makes this hotel seem like a resort or cruise ship environment. I stepped off the elevator to have breakfast, and before I could get to the restaurant, I was greeted with at least 5 or 6 good mornings by everyone from the registration personnel at the front desk to the general staff just happening through the lobby, to the housekeeping and maintenance staff to the restaurant staff. It was amazingingly refreshing to be actually treated like I WAS APPRECIATED FOR BEING A GUEST. An unbelievably wonderful experience. This location needs to be the model for every service oriented business in this country. I pride myself in giving a good professional service and can certainly recognize and appreciate receiving it.
