I just wanted to start with saying, I am not a picky person, and have pretty relaxed standards when it comes to hotels. I realize I am staying in a 2-star hotel and consider what is included in the price I am paying. But even considering all of this, this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life!

We arrived here on the 31st of December around 5pm, when we arrived in our room the air conditioner wasn't working, the toilet was clogged and the sheets and towels were filthy!

I spoke with the manager and he told me that he was only the night manager and there was nothing that could be done until 9am. The next morning I found one of the housekeepers outside and asked her for new towels, which they had ran out of, and didn't end up getting any.

Later on that afternoon I spoke with another manager and she offered to move us to another room. We moved to another room just down the hall, it was a little larger, but same as the first one, the only difference was that in this room the bathtub is also clogged, just great!

I spoke with the manager again and she said nothing could be done and gave us a plunger to deal with it!

Now we have been here for 5 days and haven't had any type of room service, no new towels, the bed sheets haven't been changed, garbage hasn't been taken out, nothing at all! We had to go over to the store and purchase towels to avoid using the filth that we are provided with.

I will never recommend anyone to stay at this property, even my worst enemy. I would've be better off sleeping in my car! I personally believe that a refund of some sort should be issued to me, considering I am visiting Florida for a relaxing vacation and have only been disgusted with this property so far.

We stayed on Dec 28-Dec 31 booked through Hotwire , When booking it said there is fridge,coffe machine, microwave include, but when in the room nothing except a fridge which was not working. The place is dirty and old. the mattress is so had gets back pain. They say breakfast include but if you stayed for 5 days you garentee that will have to eat the same thing.Never book this hotel.

We are currently in this place helplessly because we have already paid for this pleace. Never book this place if your coming to FLL. You will ruin your whole trip because of this place. Staff are unfriendly, the fridge in the room is not working, no coffe maker as they stated in the ad. dirty... & dirty.. This is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. So if youa re thinking because it is little bit cheep to get to this place.. don't...

Classic case of getting what you paid for... but i think i've stayed in better places for equal to or less! We were on a tight budget, thought.. okay... we'll skimp a little on the hotel figuring we'd only be sleeping there basically anyway. We walked in to a room with the curtains falling off the rod, dirt and stains all over the chair, plug cut off of cord to light, other light had burnt out bulb, fridge was rusted and missing bars from the door, microwave was disgusting, hole in ceiling of bathroom... and that was only what we noticed at first. We were kind of stuck at first because we didn't know the area... we were hopeful that we could overlook most of it again because we weren't spending much time at the room. But then night came... our 22yo daughter was solicited outside our room, And as i read in another review, we too slept on top of the covers and with our clothes on!! Never have i felt that uncomfortable in a hotel!! The next morning we were told we had to change rooms because every time a shower was taken the front desk got wet. No offer for discount for inconvenience or anything. At this point we already knew we couldn't stay another night. We frantically called around trying to find something that wasn't too far above what we had already budgeted for and found a WONDERFUL person, Monique at the Comfort Inn in Deerfield Beach that was an absolute angel in helping us get out of this dive!!!!
If you are looking for illicit "action", dingy, disgusting accommodations then this is the place for you! But if you are traveling with children and/or looking for even adequate facilities... STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!
And as a side note... my credit card number was compromised... not accusing... just saying... Some people don't like it when you threaten to post things on youtube possibly?
