Spent one night before a cruise. The room is clean and the kitchenette helpful for extended stays. But the air conditioner is a below window unit that is noisy. The continental breakfast is just cereal, fruit, muffins and coffee in the lobby. It is miles to a restaurant. It was okay for a short stay.

Very clean - very friendly - very well appointed - good value.

Sadly they could never get my internet connection or air conditioning sorted out.

I liked the convenience of room 101 just off reception, the gym and laundry with windows overlooking the garden, not parking. I didn't notice but you might not like noise from the elevator.

It's "miles" to the nearest restaurrant.

I stayed here for several nights and found it clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was useful. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had plenty of water flow. The bed was comfortable and the TV swiveled around so that you could see it from the bed or the couch. The air conditioner was very quiet and effective. Ashley who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the room smelled like all hotel chains: feebreeze and stale are from the air conditioner. It is hard to get away from this smell as all the chain hotels seem to smell the same.

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend, and we were both very pleased with our stay. Since it was a suite, it had a kitchen and such. Everything within worked fine. In our first room, there was an issue with the toilet, and staff quickly gave us another room, and everything worked out perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also has a nice pool, and surrounding landscaping is very nice.

Unfortunately while still in Fort Lauderdale, it's on the outskirts. It's about 20 minutes to downtown, and about 25 minutes to the public beaches. Wasn't a big deal to me, but please keep that in mind. However, you're about 5 miles from a suburb (can't remember the name) with a bunch of stores and restaurants, should you not want to drive for something quick.
