Bad experience- We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that had dead roaches on the kitchen floor. We reported to Scott the manager our problem and he apologized and tried to make our experience better. He seemed to care.
Also, Gail and Ashley ( office) gave us continously top-notched customer service during our stay. This helped, too but dead roaches on the kitchen floor will always come to our minds when we think about our stay at the Towne Place Suites Fort Lauderdale West. Hopefully, management will see this comment and rectify this problem immediately and implement a plan of action to do weekly quality checks to prevent this problem from occuring again.
