I stayed with my friend at this hotel past weekend . Had a great time
we had ocean front room and saw the sun rise in the morning from
our bedroom window . Our room was clean and comfortable . I will
definatly go back to this place again .

First impression says its all, if I knew this place was like this I wouldn't have stayed. Online booking was a mistake, when we got there the building looked old and unkept letters missing and outside had a sign the saied 69.00 a night when my girlfriend paid a lot more online. The person at the front desk was in a bad mood. Then when we got to the room I felt like we were in the worst room there. The towels are stained and old, the room was horrible very old and unkept like outside. The remote stop working to the tv, stains on the comforter. The bathroom was very dirty, paint job looked like a 10yr old painted it. Toilet kept running through out the day and night. The carpet,, don't walk barefoot it was nasty and sticky. After being there I started to think the bed sheets weren't washed, they didn't feel clean. Talk about cut backs if they can't maintain certain things. Was so gross!!!! Never will I go back there to stay!

This MOTEL is located right off of the beach, some rooms are ocean front and partial ocean view (side view), but all are sub-standard. Furnishings and amenities have not been updated since the early 80's (the towels look like it). This motel should be used for limited use and sleeping only, more as a pit-stop, for beach activities. Trolley stops right in front of hotel, decent wi-fi, north end of all the action, quite beachfront area, walking distance to restaurant and tourist shopping area, plenty of parking spaces, small pool in building shadow most of the day. Thin walls and doors, noisy a/c units, no coffee makers in rooms, but decent cable channels. You get what you pay for at this location!!

this place was horrible and for the record the guy who runs it is always coughing like somethings wrong with him. he was rude and the rooms appear to be cleaner then they are on the ineternet photos then in reality. in order for you to find this place fun or nice you must have been raised in a less fortunate family! its a a real dump, after 10 minutes in the room i decided to check out and the money hungry korean or asian looking guy say he couldnt give me all my money back! WTF! rip-off! i left that crap with what i had and went to the hamptonn inn. it was 156 bucks a night but it was worth it!
never again!
