Stopped here for one night after moving out off the Red Roof down the road. At least the staff here seem to care and try to ensure your stay is trouble free. Have now booked to stay the last two nights of our trip back here again.

My family came here for 3 days 16 people 8 rooms. 7 rooms for friday and 8 for sat and sun. We got in to our room on fri and there was hair and toe nails and something that looked like snot in the bed. I called the front desk and they said that the cleaners had hair and maybe it was thiers. (like that makes it better) Then i pulled the sheets off the bed and put them on the floor. After i told them if I was leaving so was the other 6 rooms then they gave us another. When my brother showed up the next day they gave him the room we were first in. I helped him carry his luggage to his room then to my supprise i realized. They picked the sheets up off the floor and remade the beds. the hair , toe nails , and snot was still in the bed. My other brothers room had toe nails in his bed as well. WOW. Now i am home and just realized they charged my credit card 5 times for the same room. Unbelievable. This hotel was not clean any where the people were rude and careless and i have never been so dissapointed. I stayed in a La Quinta inn and suits in Rapid City SD it was beautiful. This was a s#%t hole.

As mentioned in previous reviews my wife also commented on finding funky black hair in her bed. (And I did not tell her that I had read about this previously).

The management did not get the drunks out of the pool/hot tub until 12:45AM and a second call to the front desk, where I suggested that if they could not handle it I would call the Broward County deputy sheriffs myself.

It is a worn out, tired facility in a marginal area. I did get a good price, after shopping around, but it was not a good value. It is rated as two stars by the travel sites, and that is what it is, at best.

I have been staying at this hotel multiple times per year for the last three years. I was severely disappointed with this last visit. Elevator reeked of smoke, and my room smelled funky. The door appeared to have been busted in once and the security lock seemed unstable. Things around the room had been halfheartedly repaired (hole in closet door haphazardly patched). Small sugar ants could be found throughout the room. I've enjoyed my previous stays at this hotel, but I think its time for a renovation before I return again
