Hotel is in decent location, has a nice waterside bar and restaurant and friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the boats on the intercoastal waterway at the outdoor bar. The Hotel accommodations are another story. The main hotel and bar are in the same building, but there are also rooms in separate buildings a block down the street. This is not mentioned at the time of booking. The room we were assigned was dirty, reeked with the smell of carpet fresh and the air condition unit was broken. We were offered another room that was equally bad. We are world travelers and this set a new low. Sleeping in our car seemed to be a better option.

I've stayed several times as it has a great location (airport and ships) and much more, I read the bad reviews and do not agree, sure it's not a 5 star hotel, rather it's a throw back rustic place but clean and friendly and certainly a fun place with pool and OK for kids, live music, huge tiki style bar, and great food as locals eat there a lot...may not be best for grandma (unless she's fun) or stuffed shirts but it is clean and right on marina and 200 yds from beach.

Terrific little hotel if you get to stay in the property near the street. Try to avoid the other one they have just down the road - not pleasant there! Great tiki bar in the back with good food and nightly entertainment oo.

The bar is great, but don't stay if you need to sleep. The music went on until 2 am. It is supposed to stop at 11. The rooms are old and dirty. We needed the fold out bed, but did not sleep in it because we were afraid of bed bugs. We left at 6:30 am for an early flight and checked out with an unfriendly manager. When I complained about the noise, I was told I should have called. I did call, but the music continued.
