“RATS IN THE GARDEN , JUMPING FROM THE BALCONIES TO TREES”

Hello all,
I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels and motels.Blue Lagoon Resort is the worst place that I have ever come across.Reasons?
1. Rats everywhere.I have videotaped them so I have proof.
2.The motel administration locks the office at 8 and leaves.There is no one at the site to call if there is an emergency.
3.Horrible smell in the rooms.Old airconditioning and horrible smell.
4.Quite worn out bed sheet with extra hair plus towels with dirt spots on them.
5.When you want your money back, they claim that you are the one breaking the contract and charge you with an extra cancellation fee plus 25% of the total cost.Basically , you are ripped off.When you say you will file a complaint to the health department, they say good luck.

“Melancholy Lagoon would be more like it.”

First the positive. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The micro wave worked. That is about it. The negative. Sheets didn't fit the bed , the water takes forever to go down the drain in the tub, no stopper in the sink, refrigerator did not work, no ice on the premises at all, A.C. made noise all night long, decor is outdated and old, poor door, add picture does not truly represent the facility. It was an over all disappointment.
