Quiet neighborhood (except for local construction and the noise from the boat show), spacious rooms.
The only negatives were malfunctioning heaters in both the main room and the bedroom (one ran contnuously, pumping out hote, then cool air; the other ran for 15 seconds then shut off, then repeated the cycle a few minutes later). Management put a portable space heater in my bedroom after I complained but the bedding was sufficiently warm
My room had a full kitchen, except that there was no wide-mouth drain or garbage disposal, so I had to throw food waste in the trash.
I consider the price quite reasonable for accommodations, for south Florida, and the location in Ft. Lauderdale, and time of year
