I booked this hotel using Hotwire. They did not list the name but it had the cheapest rate for a 2 star. When we pulled in, the police were escorting someone in cuffs out. The lobby at night is closed so you must deal with the counter person through a safety glass hole.
We got our keys and found the room to be OK, large bed, medium TV, small bathroom.
We checked the mattress for signs of bed bugs and did not find any. The air conditioner did not turn off so it ran all night and was loud. The vents were dirty.
We stayed the night and ate breakfast at Diane's (attached to lobby). It was nice and the staff was friendly.
On our return, we used hotwire again and again were given a night at this place. This time, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. No soap, the TV was blurry and the bed made a sprong-type noise when you moved on it. We had a third floor room by the parking lot. Very noisy with big rigs coming and going. Also lots of airport noise. The air conditioner in this room did not turn on, but that was good because of the yucky dusty dirt stuck to the vent. Do your research more and maybe pay a little more and get a good night's sleep.

We booked this over an internet website. Should have known that for the low price that it was not a good choice. We pulled in at 8pm, exhausted from a 3 hour drive. With 4 kids in tow, my sister checked us in. From the outside the place looked a little run down but my sister assured me it was ok inside. We drove across town to pick up some food. Not knowing the area, it took us over an hour. When we came back we were horrified by this hotel. There were people peering out of their windows as we walked our four children down the halls. That really creeped me out. A few others hung out in the hallways drinking beer in plain sight. When we got to the room itself did not have carpet but dirty dirty tile. The bedspreads were faded and very thin. The toliet was dirty. We could hear yelling from a room a few doors down. We immediately packed up our brood and left. I assumed that the hotel management would have no problem refunding us as we were unsatisfied. The front desk attendant told me there was no management on duty and she would not be refunding us. I was shocked. I would NEVER EVER feel SAFE staying here with my children. Even without a refund I was happy to leave.

I booked this Hotel with Hotwire ,after I read the reviews I was VERY worried.So much so that I was going to just not go ,take the loss ,an book somewhere else.That would have been a mistake.All Iam going to say is you cant go by all the bad reviews FOR SURE!!!!!This IS A 3 star Hotel.The rooms are very clean,nothing running around in them,the only animals I seen was a nice cat hanging around the walk way.The Staff are very helpfull,how ever I felt very sorry for them ,the way some people where talking to them,an how rude people can be ,just so they can try to get something they havent paid for.The shuttle driver was very nice an helpfull as well,just one bit of advice....get in line early.It is very busy with people coming an going at the same time ,so be prepared to wait your turn for shuttles.Over all I would have no problem staying here,it depends what you are looking for .One thing there is no shopping close,so anything you need to get will be a taxi ride,just a heads up on that.We stayed pre criuse.

Don't take room here even if they ready to give you (mostly hotwire or other ticketing systems going to pull you in to this trap) 100% discount on the room rental also. Very very rude staff, very dirty environment...you can't stay here for a day. Believe me, I and my wife almost ran away from the hotel at the very first day though we booked for 4 days. I booked through HOTWIRE who is number one cheater and promoting this kind of cheap third rate hotels.... I decided to pay more and book in retail sites instead of going through sites like hotwire, etc. going forward...
