The plus about this hotel is that they will pick you up from the air port and delivery you to the
cruise ships or airport. Efficently. The downside is that there are many people hanging out
around the pool because they checked out and are waiting for a ride, or checked in and waiting
to get into their rooms. THe lobby can be chaos. There was a strong spray in our room making us think that perhaps a smoker had been in it and they were covering up the smell.
Friend found bug in her bed--and lizards on the wall. Not going back.

We arrived very late at night at the airport, but the shuttle to take us to the hotel was right there waiting and we arrived, got checked in and everything was ready for us. The next morning they held a continental breakfast, which was by far superior to most I have had. There was a selection to fit anyone's needs and it was constantly being re-stocked. In addition, we were also transported to the cruise port to begin our cruise, with very good organization by the staff. I would highly recommend using this hotel to anyone.

Awful customer service. We waited 45 min at the airport for the shuttle (other hotel shuttles made 3-4 passes in that time). We sat 1 hr in an empty waiting area to get checked in. The guy behind the counter took phone call after phone instead of helping the customers right in front of him. Dirty hotel room with ant infestation. Old, worn-out beds. Again, horrendous customer service.

We were not greeted or felt welcomed to this hotel upon arrival. We were pretty much ignored at check in counter until one female decided she would finally take care of checking us in (we had reservation); there was absolutely no sense of urgency to take care of us, the attitude was awful (never had this experience before in a hotel). However, they did give us a nice room and we did like the restaurant food, when it was open. The TV did not work properly. In general, we felt the staff did not like their job or want to be there.
