The hotel was decent. After staying at the Comfort Suites in Miami I guess I was expecting more. The check in was quick but the girl did not look too happy. The breakfast was ok, nothing great but it was free so it served its purpose. The rooms were clean but did have a bit of a musty smell.

I was there on business and my company paid for the room so I do not know exactly what the rate was but hopefully it was in line with the room and service which where ok but not great.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was fine, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi. Complimentary breakfast was good, plentiful with good attentive staff and food constantly topped up. Biggest problem was Fort Lauderdale itself. It is such a large sprawling city, nothing was close to each other and it seemed to take forever to get from A to B. The Water Taxi was fun but the return journey contained many of the same customers that were on the outward trip. Unfortunately, the crew told the same jokes and stories both ways and wondered why the reaction was so poor

The swimming pool could have been cleaner. There was a lot of debris and leaves in the pool during the first two days.

We found your hotel to be very clean, quiet and spacious. The Service was good. However on the week-end it seem that there is less staff so the room we not made up until 4:00 in the afternoon. During the week, however, the cleaning was done in the morning.

Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good and we always had a seat.

Although the pool was small and there was no internet service, your sister hotel, Best Western, had a large pool and internet service. We took advantage of that.

The front desk was very helpful, courterious and friendly

Your location was easy to find. It was right near highway 95.

All in all we enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

The room felt dirty. It's was moist and smelled like mildew. The pics online are misleading. There is not enough room for everyone to wait for transportation to the port. There is only one bathroom stall for the entire hotel while you wait for the shuttle. KSI is awful transportation from the ship to the airport. They were not on time and only sent a van. Half the people scheduled to go to the airport made it on time. Do yourself a favor and get a taxi. It was a major dissapointment. Not worth the $167.00 a night.
